SODEICO Manpower, a company specializing in recruitment and outsourcing of qualified personnel is recruiting A RECRUITMENT OFFICER.
The person is dynamic, pro-active and ambitious individual capable of meeting the challenges and achieves predefined objectives.
The Recruitment Officer will be placed under the authority of the Senior Recruitment Manager and work in synergy with a team of several colleagues.

Poste et missions

The Recruitment  Officer will perform the following tasks :
-    Managing recruitment projects from brief through to delivery
-    On-going and tactical recruitment projects in high volume.
-    Sourcing candidates from advertising and job boards
-    Telephone and face to face interviewing of candidates
-    Advertising roles across multiple sites and home based roles
-    Recommendation of candidates to line managers
-    Writing adverts and posting to national and specialist job boards
-    Tracking all interviews and applicants
-    Sending offer confirmation and liaising with candidates in run up to start date
-    Management and archive of recruitment files
-    Make report on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Provide the customers with candidates meeting the requested profile.
-    Respect deadlines and procedures
-    Good work planning


-    Analyzing skills (selection criteria, scoring)
-    Computer literate with high attention to detail
-    Volume recruitment experience
-    Experience of candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection
-    Used to working with targets and deadlines
-    Knowledge of administrative process
-    Strong communication skills (oral, written, and presentation), ability to speak in public
-    Ability to work with others in diverse environment
-    Ability to work independently;
-    Integrity, honesty  and discretion;
-    Creative thinking and capacity for initiative
-    Candidates should enjoy developing client relationships and networking

-    Bachelor degree in HR, Management, social sciences (Law, Psychology, Sociology, etc) or equivalent;
-    At least 2 year experience as a recruiter ( experience in mining profiles highly desired)
-    Knowledge of HR processes.
-    Excellent writing skills in French and English.


-    Fluent in French and English
-    Knowledge of at least one Congolese national language is a plus

-    Proficient computer skills(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
