This is an opportunity to work for an International Company's Head Office. This Company is looking for motivated, flexible, very organized individuals, experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and book keeping tasks and enjoys supporting an office of several people. The incumbent will mainly be responsible of assisting the Company's management.
Poste et missions
The Administrative Officer will be in charge of :
- Provide support to Office manager ;
- Ensure book keeping for the office expenses ;
- Manage heavy calendars while interacting with both internal and external people ;
- Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner ;
- Reviewing and summarizing miscellaneous reports and documents (prepare presentation documents and outgoing mail as necessary) ;
- Review efficiently reports and documents ;
- Preparing documentation of Management minutes of meeting.
Profil et compétences requises
Excellent writing skills
- Excellent organization skills and adaptability ;
- Discretion and sense of service orientation ;
- Good computer skills especially, Microsoft package: Power Point, Outlook, Word and Excel
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor degree in business and administrative, Accounting or any similar diploma;
- Work experience in a similar position : Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant in an English work environment (3 years Minimum).
-Excellent command of English and good knowledge of French (written and spoken).
