The post is as  Technical Sales Representative
The Technical Sales Representative will realize the company's sales and profitability targets in accordance with the Corporate Strategy and the qualitative and quantitative goals of the One Year Plan for the Society regional Limited.

Poste et missions

The Technical Sales Representative will be in charge of/or will participate in the following duties:

- Customer information analysing and targets identification
- Developing long term relationship with Key influences and customers
- Keep track of the team's sales progress and facilitate for the proceedings
- Seeking & Developing business opportunity for improving sales profit margin
- Ensure ATMs  understand and co-operate  through a bottom-up participation in the short term and long term Sales Plan
- Maintain good personal and professional conduct, appropriate skills and general appearance and image to ensure good standing and reputation of the company product offering
- Ensuring territories are known, marked and planned and that ATM's are familiar with their territories 
- Development of the Customer Platform to identify customer base according to potential
- Preparing and implementing budgets for expenditure and income
- Draft Annual Sales Plan in line with agreed strategic objectives
- Identify and develop the targeted  new accounts with required profitability 
- Monitoring and reporting daily sales as well as weekly review
- Assist in annual price increases to customers with commercial department.
- Responsible for Sales forecasting, Planning, Analysing, Monitoring, and troubleshooting for sales
- Actively respond to Competitors' threats and customer needs with innovation
- Establish and maintain good professional relations with customers and potential customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Mining Engineering Degree qualification Required;  with Blasting Engineering experience in the Mining Industry, relevant; Knowledge on Explosives application; Relevant training in explosives and blasting techniques;
- Valid Blasting Licence;
- Sales training course
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY


- English very good command.
