This is an opportunity to work for a  NGO. This Organization is looking for motivated, ambitious and flexible individuals, experienced, organized, flexible and enjoy supporting an office of several people, able to work in an English environment, meet challenges and achieve defined goals.The highlights of the Manager's role will be to - Create a vision, Lead and manage & Engage the community.
 The exact content of the post will depend on the profile of the successful applicant.

Poste et missions

The NGO manager  will be in charge of :

•Managing the project staff including hiring, training and supervision;
•Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the donor and the field staff;
•Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization;
•Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting, action plans and monitoring processes;
•Planning and coordinating project activities in conjunction with the community members, and other partners;
•Maintaining a strong partnership and on-going dialogue with partners to fully understand project strategies, goals, and objectives in order to meet the project beneficiaries' needs;
•Overseeing the development of project strategies;
•Responsible for submitting activity reports, meeting minutes and financial reports on regular basis to the donor;
•Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity-based project budgets as well as monthly and quarterly financial reports and sending of new funding requests.
•Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure and coordinate work with consultants and volunteers in the project;
•Ensure close collaboration and coordination with cooperating partners to guarantee smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant agreements;
•Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring. Trouble shoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions.

•Solve Problems: Assess problem situations to identify causes, gather and process relevant information, generate possible solutions, and make recommendations and/or resolve the problem.
•Documented advanced academic degree in a relevant field as per above, including documented knowledge of environmental and climate change;
•At least 7 years of relevant professional experience on livelihood/economic empowerment/agribusiness/natural resources;
•At least 3 years of experience working in multilateral, bilateral, international or national organisations on development cooperation or humanitarian assistance;
