As part of its business expansion, our client is looking to hire a quality manager who will oversee on all the company divisions and will report the compliance to the management. 

Poste et missions

Specific duties include:


·         Be responsible for establishing an independent quality system to monitor the compliance with the regulation;

·         Monitor and ensure to improve safety standards;

·         Enforce safety;

·         Making sure the staff are fully trained and up to date;

·         Implement, test, redesign and audit of all process and procedures;

·         Report to the management;

·         Make sure all the staff understand their role and responsibilities and are suitable;

·         Formalise a training plan;

·         Report the need of staff replacement.

Profil et compétences requises

·         Relevant Qualifications obtained from a recognized aviation institution or from civil aviation authority

·         5 years experience in aviation

·         Proven experience working directly for the Accountable Manager

·         English and French language fluency required

·         Strong teamwork and leadership skills

·         Good analytical skills and sense of initiative

·         Excellent communication and personal organisational skills

·         Strong decision making skills and the ability to take quality decisions under considerable pressure

·         Good knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
